ÇALIŞMA PRENSİBİ

 

1) Aktif Karbon Filtresi; Aktif karbon, geniş yüzey alanına sahip ve yüksek adsorblama kapasitesi olan granül mineraldir. Suda bulunması istenmeyen organik madde (tat, koku ve renk) ve klor, aktif karbon  filtrasyonu ile sudan uzaklaştırılır.

 

  2) Reverse Osmosis Ünitesi; Arıtılan su membrandan geçerken çözünmüş katılar, partiküller ve membrandan geçemeyen organik maddeler atıksu olarak drenaja gönderilir.  Üretim hattından tuz konsantrasyonu  %90-95 azaltılmış demineralize su alınır.

HOW THE GE MERLIN WORKS:

THE GE MERLIN FLOW SYSTEM

The Merlin RO system works like a small commercial RO system. It uses two membrane elements in series to produce the high flow of permeate. The concentrate from element one is channeled into the inlet at the second element as shown by the flow pattern figure below.

 

SHUT-OFF PRESSURE The Merlin RO stops the flow of inlet water when the system is not in use. An internal shut-off valve will close when pressure in the permeate, (RO), line reaches approximately 44% of the system inlet pressure. This function saves water by turning the unit off when permeate water is not being used. The inlet valve will open, and the Merlin will start making permeate water when pressure in the permeate line drops to approximately 11% of the system inlet pressure.
